Accidental Donation Refund Policy
Leadnow values the support of our many small donors and relies on our monthly donor base for crucial funding of our day to day operations.
When you make a donation online, you are automatically sent a confirmation of your transaction. We ask that you promptly review this receipt to make sure your donation was processed as intended. In the event a donation is made in error, Leadnow will refund your donation for you. If you contact us within 7 days of making the donation we will return it to you within 30 days without charge. If the donation is made as a monthly donation in error, Leadnow will cancel the monthly donation for you at any time and refund you for the previous two months. Any donations before this time cannot be refunded.
Leadnow can refund up to two months directly back to the credit card used to make the donation. All other donation types will need to be discussed with our Community Support Coordinator at [email protected].
In exceptional circumstances, the Operations Manager may approve other refunds.
