- Create legislated targets to cut global warming emissions by at least 50% by 2030 in line with the best climate science.
- Invest in a just transition to well-paid green jobs, and make investments to help people transition from fossil fuel jobs to new green jobs.
- Ensure that Indigenous rights are respected in the transition to a new economy, by legislating the commitment to UNDRIP (United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples)
- Commit to working together, across party lines to tackle the climate crisis
