Ontario teachers are standing up to Ford’s attacks on public education, with rotating strikes across the province this week. 

Ford’s cuts have meant thousands of job losses, dwindling support for students, and a deteriorating public education system.

But Ford and Minister of Education Stephen Lecce are refusing to budge. They think the longer they hold out, the more likely public opinion will shift in their favour and they’ll get what they want.
